This will leave you with only one option - starting at the last checkpoint (though it isn't terribly far from this point). Spock and Kirk have the tendency to melt into certain cover elements if you walk too close to the wall, leaving you permanently stuck in the level geometry. GLITCH ALERT: In this first encounter with the infected, you are encouraged to remain stealthy and non-lethal. Advance down the room to the next door and go through it. Again use the tricorder to highlight and deactivate the turret. Use your Tricorder to activate the shield wall and hide behind it. There is a Gorn Turret in the next room, so take cover. Get some health and ammo at the back of this new room, then go to the right side through the only open door in the room into a Turbolift and take it up. Once through that door, clear the room of the Gorn then advance again. Once the room is clear, go to the second floor and to the back left for another door. You walk into a large room with lots of Gorn, so take them all out! There are new weapons and enemy types in this room so scan them after taking them out. This will override the sprinklers, putting the fire out. There will be an explosion, so use your tricorder to focus on a spot on the ceiling. Run back down the stairs then take a left into a room. The station is under attack! Scan the Commodore's chair and command center, then go get your weapons again. Once done, advance forward to trigger a cutscene. After talking to the man who will take you to the Commodore, go left to scan an Audio Log and a weapon, then go across the hall to drop off your weapons and scan another weapon in this room. There is a console to scan once you pass into the second room and can run again.
